The Kremlin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev announced that he will visit Miami today, RBC reports, quoted by Focus.

On his Instagram page, he posted a map of a plane approaching Miami. “Back to Miami“, he wrote under the image, accompanied by the song Basta “I Look at the Sky“.

Reuters reported earlier that Dmitriev will visit Miami on January 31 for meetings with members of the US presidential administration. This visit will take place before the new round of talks between Moscow and Kiev in Abu Dhabi, scheduled for Sunday, February 1. The previous round, a trilateral meeting, was held on January 23-24.

The participation of the United States in the new meeting in the UAE is possible, Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized a few days ago. However, he specified that US President's envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner will not attend the meeting this time.

For its part, the Kremlin said that Moscow will not discuss any documents publicly, believing that the negotiations should continue behind closed doors.

“These negotiations are on a very sensitive topic“, added Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
