The Israeli army has killed a senior commander of the Palestinian group "Islamic Jihad" in Lebanon, DPA reported, citing the Israel Defense Forces.
"Abu Hamza Rami has carried out hundreds of terrorist attacks against soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces and against Israeli civilians, and has also participated in the recruitment and training of terrorists, as well as in the purchase of weapons," the Israel Defense Forces reported on the social network Ex. According to the statement, Rami led the movement of terrorists from "Islamic Jihad" along the Lebanon-Syria border and their actions against soldiers from the Israel Defense Forces in southern Lebanon.
