US President Donald Trump called his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to discuss Iran and Ukraine, Reuters reported, citing a statement from the Kremlin.
The phone call lasted about an hour and was constructive - businesslike and sincere, the Kremlin reported.
According to the official statement from Moscow, Trump once again expressed his interest in the conflict in Ukraine ending soon.
Putin, in turn, made several proposals on how to quickly end the conflict with Iran.
