The Russian Permanent Mission to the UN will inform the UN Secretariat about Kiev's attack on Bryansk, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced.
“The Russian Permanent Mission will definitely pass this information on to the UN“, she wrote on Telegram.
The diplomat stressed that Ukraine deliberately attacked civilians.
Zakharova also asked whether UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the UN Secretariat would remain silent in such a situation.
The attack on the city took place on Tuesday. According to the latest reports, six people were killed and 37 were injured.
Kiev claimed responsibility for the attack.
