CBS News reports that 15 Americans were wounded in an Iranian drone strike on the "Ali Al Salem" air base in Kuwait overnight, citing two US officials.
Most of the wounded have already returned to duty, an official said.
As of April 6, 373 members of the US military have been injured in the war with Iran, a spokesman for the US Central Command - CENTCOM said.
