Saudi Arabia has restored full oil pumping capacity through the "East-West" pipeline to about seven million barrels per day after Iranian attacks, the Energy Ministry said, Reuters reported.

The ministry said that energy facilities and the pipeline hit by the attacks during the conflict between the United States, Israel and Iran have been restored to operational capacity.

On April 9, Saudi Arabia said that the Iranian attacks had reduced its oil production capacity by about 600,000 barrels per day, and the throughput of the "East-West" pipeline - by about 700,000 barrels per day.

The "East-West" pipeline is Saudi Arabia's only crude oil export route amid the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Iran attacked the pipeline just hours after it and the United States announced a two-week truce.

The Energy Ministry said it had restored affected volumes from the "Manifa" oil field, where production had previously been reduced by about 300,000 barrels per day.

Work to restore full production at the "Khurais" facility is underway. continues after the attacks on it reduced Saudi Arabia's capacity by another 300,000 barrels per day.

A rapid recovery will improve "the reliability and continuity of supplies to local and global markets," the ministry also said.
