The Israel Defense Forces announced that they have eliminated several armed Hamas terrorists who approached Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip.
“The army discovered armed Hamas terrorists near Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip. In order to eliminate the threat, the terrorists were eliminated with an air strike“, the IDF press service said in a statement.
The military added that before the strike “measures were taken to reduce the risk of harm to the civilian population“, including “the use of precision-guided munitions“ and “aerial surveillance“.
