Romanian MEP Diana Soshoaca was left without immunity after the European Parliament voted by a large majority to remove it, BTA reports.
The procedure against her was initiated at the end of last year, after the Romanian General Prosecutor's Office filed charges of 11 crimes, including extremist propaganda and illegal deprivation of liberty.
