The Parliament will hold the debates on the sixth vote of no confidence in the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov, Dariknews.bg reports.
The sixth vote of no confidence was submitted by "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) and supported by the signatures of APS and MECH. Its topic is a failure in economic policy and is the result of the once-withdrawn budget for 2026 and the efforts of the ruling majority to make changes to the budget plan and complete the process in the plenary hall.
We recall that the last time the “Zhelyazkov“ cabinet survived a vote of no confidence in mid-September. On September 18, the fifth vote was held, in which the government received support from 133 deputies from GERB-SDF, DPS-New Beginning, BSP and ITN.
The previous votes of no confidence in the government, all unsuccessful, were due to failures in environmental policy, failures in foreign policy, the fight against corruption and fiscal policy.
