From what has been seen so far, it seems most likely that he will delay as long as possible, and thus fulfill the unique in its originality request that there be no snow on the streets when the elections are held /according to Bozanov/, and it seems that he /the savior/ adheres to the maxim that the worse, the better. That is, to leave a few rounds of unsuccessful elections and appear in full force.
