Porto achieved an important victory in Braga. Celtic stumbled in the chase with Hearts. PSV with a shocking defeat - 1

Porto achieved a difficult and very important victory in their visit to Braga. The "Dragons" made a turnaround in the last 20 minutes and won 2:1, thus maintaining their 7-point lead over the champion Sporting (Lisbon).

However, Francesco Farioli's team has played one more game.

In the middle of the week, both teams qualified for the 1/4-finals of the Europa League. Porto eliminated Stuttgart, and Braga dealt with Ferencváros. Until the break, none of the opponents had a clear shot, but at the beginning of the second half the hosts took the lead with a goal from a penalty by Rodrigo Salazar.

Farioli made a double substitution and one of the players who appeared from the bench - William Gomes, equalized in the 69th minute. The Brazilian striker finished off a perfect counterattack by the "dragons" and scored from close range after a pass from Oscar Pieturzewski.

In the 80th minute, Seko Fofana brought the all-important three points to Porto. The former Rennes player was in the right place after a poor clearance from a defender in red and shot Lukasz Hornicek with a tight shot.

Sporting had a much easier task against the midfielder Alverca. The "Green and White" led until the break with a goal from Pedro Gonçalves, and in the second half Luis Suárez and Jeni Catamo killed the intrigue before Marko Milovanović pulled one back. In the end, Pedro Gonçalves shaped Sporting's convincing success.

In another match from the 27th round, Estoril lost at home to Rio Ave 1:2.

Feyenoord and Ajax finished 1:1 at "De Kuip" in the big derby of Dutch football. The result maintained the difference between them of 5 points in favor of the Rotterdam team, which is second in the standings.

The hosts were extremely motivated to please their fans after losing each of the previous three matches against Ajax. However, nothing interesting happened until the break, and after it the guests took the lead with a goal by Sean Stur in the 54th minute.

Feyenoord put in serious pressure until the 84th minute, when Robin van Persie's team equalized with a precisely executed penalty by Jakub Moder.

After this draw, Feyenoord is again three points ahead of third-placed NEC Nijmegen, who drew 2:2 with Hristian Petrov's Heerenveen.

The big surprise came from the modest Tekstar, who defeated the convincing leader PSV Eindhoven 3:1. Anas Salah-Edin from the "Phillips" received a red card in the 39th minute, which turned out to be fatal for his team. Despite the loss, PSV leads Feyenoord by 15 points, while Telstar is just above the relegation zone.

AZ Alkmaar lost 0:3 to Groningen, while Utrecht defeated Go Ahead Eagles 2:0.

Scottish champions Celtic failed miserably at Dundee United and significantly reduced their chances of winning the title this season.

"The Shamrocks" lost 0:2 at "Tannadice Park" and are now 5 points behind leaders Hearts.

Despite being in mid-table, Dundee United beat the Glasgow giants for the second time this campaign. Will Ferry opened the scoring in the 51st minute, and in the 66th Emmanuel Agyei beat Celtic's reserve goalkeeper Villani Sinisalo for the final 2:0.

"The Clover" created quite a few chances, but were stopped in front of the opponent's goal, and their defense once again presented itself very hesitantly. This was the seventh consecutive match in the Premiership, in which Martin O'Neill's team failed to keep a clean sheet.

In Scotland, Hearts is at the top with 66 points, followed by Rangers with 63 and Celtic with 61. Dimitar Mitov's Aberdeen is in 9th place in the standings with 30 points.
