Former Milan midfielders – Carlo Ancelotti (pictured), Ruud Gullit and Kaka – are the latest additions to the club's Hall of Fame. The initiative was created two years ago to mark the 125th anniversary of the “Rossoneri“.

The first to be inducted into the prestigious list was Franco Baresi, and he was later joined by legendary strikers Marco van Basten, Andriy Shevchenko and Filippo Inzaghi.

Ancelotti defended the colors of Milan between 1987 and 1992, winning nine trophies, including two Serie A titles and two Champions League titles. Gullit, who played for the Rossoneri between 1987 and 1994, has won 12 trophies with the club, including three league titles and two European Cups, as well as the Ballon d'Or. Kaka, who played for the Rossoneri from 2003 to 2009, won six trophies, including the Scudetto and the Champions League, and also won the most prestigious individual award in football.

The three have been named the greatest midfielders in the club's history after a global vote by fans. The official ceremony will take place before the match between Milan and Juventus at the San Siro stadium. Gullit will be the first to receive the special trophy, made by Tiffany & Co., symbolizing class and timeless elegance. Ancelotti and Kaka's awards will be presented at a later stage.
