Ten people were killed and ten others injured in a shooting near Johannesburg in South Africa, AFP reports.
Police said unidentified gunmen killed ten people and injured ten others in a shooting in the village of Bekkersdal, 40 kilometers southwest of Johannesburg.
The motive for the shooting is unknown.
According to South African Broadcasting Corp News, the shooting took place at the KwaNoxolo pub in the Tambo district: the attackers opened fire on both patrons and passersby on the street.
The injured were taken to nearby hospitals, where they are receiving medical treatment.
