The average monthly net salary of an employee in legal entities in Croatia amounted to 1,498 euros in November 2025, which represents a nominal increase of 9.7% on an annual basis and a real increase of 5.7%, the HINA agency reported, citing data from the Croatian Statistical Office, BTA reported.

Compared to salaries for October 2025, the average net salary in November was higher nominally by 1.9%, and in real terms - by 1.3%.

The highest average monthly net salary of 2,315 euros was received by employees in the air transport sector, and the lowest - in the clothing industry - 967 euros.

According to the Croatian Statistical Office, the median net salary for November amounted to 1,278 euros, which means that half of the employees received less and half more than this amount.

Compared to October 2025, the median salary in November was 0.2% lower, but 10% higher than in November 2024.

“The average monthly gross income of employees in legal entities in Croatia in November 2025 amounted to 2,093 euros, which represents a nominal increase of 2.3% and a real increase of 1.7% compared to October 2025“, the Croatian Statistical Office said in a statement on its website.

The average monthly gross salary in November 2025 is 10.2% higher in nominal terms and 6.2% higher in real terms compared to the same month in 2024.

For the period from January to November 2025, the average monthly net salary paid to an employee in legal entities amounted to 1,445 euros, which is 10% higher in nominal terms and 6.1% higher in real terms compared to the same period in 2024.
