Russia will not hold any talks with the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaia Kallas and will wait for her to leave her post, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, quoted by Reuters, BTA reported.
"How can anything be discussed with Kaia Kallas? We will never talk to her, just as the Americans will not - that's obvious. What's left to do? We just have to wait for her to leave her post," Peskov said in a comment on Russian state television to reporter Pavel Zarubin.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that the Russian armed forces are closely monitoring US plans to create a "Golden Dome" anti-missile defense shield, including in the context of the situation with Greenland.
"What exactly will this dome be like? What threats will it be aimed at?" Peskov asked. "I have no doubt that our military will closely monitor and analyze these plans in detail."
