The Russian Defense Ministry announced, quoted by TASS, that last night the air defense forces intercepted and destroyed a total of 389 Ukrainian drones, BTA reports.
According to the department, the actions took place in the period from 23:00 Moscow time on March 24 to 07:00 on March 25. During this interval, the systems on duty neutralized unmanned aircraft-type aircraft over a number of regions, including Bryansk, Smolensk, Kaluga, Kursk, Tver, Oryol, Belgorod, Tula, Pskov, Novgorod, Vologda and Leningrad, as well as in the Moscow region.
It was further specified that drones were also shot down over the Crimean peninsula.
