Currently, the main challenge facing the world is the fight against the Shahed drones, a fact that is well understood in the Middle East. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a television interview, quoted by "Ukrinform".
"The fight against the "Shaheds" is the main challenge in the world at the moment, so that we all understand it. Everyone in the Middle East is talking about it; everyone understands what it is," he noted.
Zelensky also noted that the Ukrainian side has intelligence reports showing programs for the use and production of weapons in Russia.
"We are analyzing old programs and current programs for 2026. All they are cheaper. From mass ballistic production and corresponding deployment, to massive drone attacks. That is, it is cheaper and, in principle, allows the destruction of critical infrastructure, etc. That is why our experience is very important," the president is convinced.
At the same time, he noted that Russia is definitely helping Iran.
"Ukraine provides precise expertise to some other countries in protecting civilian infrastructure and, above all, people," Zelensky said.
