This is the first time a report has publicly revealed Khamenei's whereabouts since the start of the war, when he was believed to have been wounded in the initial strikes on February 28.
The document also reveals preparations for the funeral of his father and former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Qom, after he was killed in the initial strikes.
