„On Sunday, the BSP will surprise many people with an unexpectedly good result. This will be a famous victory, because it will be the victory of will over forecasts, of the ideal over cynical pragmatism, of loyalty over careerists.”. This was stated by the Chairman of the National Assembly of the BSP Krum Zarkov in Silistra.
He defined the election campaign as key for Bulgarian socialists and leftists in Bulgaria. “As often in history, we were alone against everyone, armed only with our ideas for a lot of money.”, he noted.
In his address to the members and sympathizers of the left in Silistra, Zarkov thanked them for not giving in and remaining faithful to the ideal: “Because only loyal socialists are credible socialists.”, he was categorical and added: “It is not yet too late for others who only verbally care about the socialist idea, about the meaning of justice, to join us. They have until Sunday to understand that their hesitation is actually a choice - between standing proudly and with dignity next to us - the saviors of our party, or sharing the guilty conscience of those who left it. It is not yet too late. On the contrary, this is just the beginning.“
At the closing event of “BSP-UNITED LEFT“ in the district, the leader of the local list Vladimir Marinov, the leaders of the lists in Ruse - Denitsa Ivanova and Dobrich - Siyana Fudulova, candidates for MPs and the chairman of the PP ABV Rumen Petkov took part.
