What subsidy will the parties and coalitions receive in the 52nd National Assembly - 1

The parties and coalitions that ran in the early parliamentary elections on April 19 will receive over 11 million euros in subsidies from the state, according to calculations based on preliminary vote results, bTV reports.

Each party that has gathered over 1% support receives a subsidy. For coalitions the threshold is 4%.

There is no regular budget, but in the non-accepted budget it was envisaged that after the currency conversion the parties would receive 4 euros and 10 cents per vote.

Thus, among the political forces represented in parliament, the winner “Progressive Bulgaria“ will receive nearly 6 million euros.

GERB-SDF will be entitled to nearly 1.780 million euros in subsidies. PP-DB will receive over 1.670 million euros. MRF will rely on nearly 946,000 from the state. And “Vazrazhdane“ - over 565,000.

Among the parties that remain outside the parliament, but have also passed the barrier to receiving subsidies, are MECH and “Velichye“. MECH will receive over 428,000 euros, and “Velichye“ - over 421,000 euros.

BSP, APS and ITN will remain without subsidies, as they have not gathered the necessary support from voters to receive money from the state.
