The budget must be adopted as quickly as possible. For me, it is the most urgent and most important. This was stated by the former chairman of the budget committee in the National Assembly and GERB MP Delyan Dobrev, quoted by "Focus".
"There must be a cabinet and a minister of finance to prepare it, because the budget is submitted by the minister of finance through the Council of Ministers. That is, submitting the financial framework to the National Assembly will probably take about a month of technological time," he said.
Dobrev commented that the budget will not be easy, "in view of everything that has accumulated over the last 5-6 years".
