A year after the murder of 18-year-old Magdalena Ruseva - the case against the accused Ivan Kostov, her classmate, begins in the District Court in Haskovo. He is already 18 years old.
The charge against Ivan Kostov, who is still a student, is that he killed the victim in a particularly torturous way. The murder was solved after the student was declared wanted and her body was found in a canister in an abandoned house, having previously been strangled. During the arrest, Ivan, who was a friend of the victim, made a full confession.
